Bath Time!!
So the other day we went back to school shopping . I got the basics jeans and a few shirts but on our way out we stopped at this cute little body stuff store called Lush. It is definitely one of my favorite stores. I absolutely love it and they have so much stuff that you couldn't get anywhere else. All the products are so clever and sooooo awesome. I got three little mini hand creams (it was three for seven dollars), A bath bomb in the shape of a robot, a sample of soap they gave to me with a smiley face on it, and last but not least, my favorite, the wonderful the amazing JOY OF JELLY!! What it is is this jelly stuff that basically when you rub it in your hand if they are wet it starts to foam like soap. I use it for shaving cream and the great thing about it besides the jigglyness is you barely even need any I got a lot of it so it will last for a bout two years! but anyways I love that store and I absolutely can't wait to go back!!!

Art camp
Okay so one thing that was really thing that I did this summer was go to art camp. It was so fun we did some really awesome stuff. First we used paint hand we had to use our hand and no paint brushes. Then we got to draw pictures of our fears in life and them burn them it was great. On the last day we got to do encaustics. Encaustics are basically wax paintings they are really cool here are some of my pictures:

This is one of my favorites :)
This one isn't my favorite but it's alright.
I thought this one was really cool. I ran an iron across parts of it that is why it looks like that.
This one is my absolute favorite I think it is really cool.
I hope you all like them!

Yummy Summer Cookies (rosemary shortbreads)
A few days ago I got bored so I started flipping through my mom's cookbook. I came across a recipe for rosemary shortbread cookies. I found them really delicious and easy to make. If you would like to try them here is the recipe:
Ingredients- 1/2 a cup of softened butter
1/3 a cup of powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flower
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary
What to do- Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy, gradually add sugar, beating well. Gradually add flour to the butter mixture, beating at low speed until blended. Stir in rosemary gently.
After, roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Cut with a inch cookie cutter is what the recipe says but I used all different sizes and they turned out fine. You just need to monitor them and make sure one isn't burned and the other one is under cooked. Place cutouts on a lightly greased baking sheets. Bake the cookies at 325 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. When baking is completed put the cookies on wire racks to cool. This recipe makes about 12 cookies.
ENJOY!!! :)
